Working to our intuiative 5-step process, we discussed that the website design and user interface for Cloud-Busting was very important to clearly layout the business scale-up services and packages offered. With excellent credentials in the Engineer and Manufacturing industry, along with experience of running a family-owned business, the user experience and navigation of the website was clearly a high priority to deliver a clear information. Using our Standard Plus package as a foundation we tailored our WordPress website offering for Cloud-Busting to clearly differentiate the services offered and who they are offered to, the ability for Cloud-Busting to easily add new blog pages, new videos and edit existing pages.
With the flexibility that WordPress websites provide to add bolt-ons in the future, this was identified as a key benefit to Cloud-Busting. From the outset, the clear objective of Cloud-Busting is to establish their name with their peers and the target business community, with plans to deliver monthly newsletters to contacts we developed a system easy for Cloud-Busting to manage. Using a pop-up form to encourage visitors to sign up for exclusive content Cloud-Busting will naturally populate their CRM mailing list for newsletters thanks to our integration of the MailChimp API. The result means that Cloud-Busting now have a turn-key system to direct clients to the website sign-up form and receive content developed and created by Cloud-Busting within MailChimp.
